NON-REFUND Policy for Car Rental Reservations: Please NOTE, the initial Reservation Payment is NOT a deposit; it is part of your rental fee. Once this payment is made, it triggers the entire reservation process and CANNOT be reversed or REFUNDED, even if you contact us immediately after payment. Again, this payment is NON-REFUNDABLE as it secures your reservation and initiates the entire Rental Process, including locking in your vehicle and covering the preparation of your rental agreement.

Vehicle Lock-In: When we secure a vehicle for your reservation, it is removed from availability for other customers. This ensures that the vehicle is reserved specifically for you, regardless of any changes or cancellations.
Reservation Processing: We begin preparing your rental agreement and setting up all necessary calendar reminders as soon as we receive your payment. This administrative work is done to ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience for you.
